CANCELLATION POLICY

The Plough, Everdon is an independent restaurant and as such our continued viability in our rural location relies heavily on reservations being honoured by our guests, or sufficient notice being given of any changes to reservations or plans. The Plough reserves the right to charge for any cancelling guest within 24 hours or their reservation date/time unless we are able to resell the place or for any ‘no show’ guests. In these instances a cancellation charge of £25 per person will be made. Any charges will be made against the credit card used at the time of booking. By making a booking with us you agree to these conditions and charges. Cancellations or alterations for reservations must be made online; there will be a link in your confirmation email, alternatively notify us by email at hello@theplougheverdon.co.uk.
